The old fencing was removed. We reset some of the existing metal posts.

New rails and pickets are installed. Western Cedar was used for this fence.

The homeowner requested the fence be topped with a square lattice. This decorative finish adds to the height of the fence, but with an open feel.

The fence is sprayed with Thompson's Water Seal. This clear finish allows the natural color of the wood to show through while protecting the wood from water damage.

The view of the new gate from the inside. This gate replaces the old narrow gate which did not meet city code. We also widened out the sidewalk section beneath the gate.
